DrugFAM Annual Bereaved by Addiction Conference – October 6th, 2012

The DrugFAM charity is holding its annual Bereaved by Addiction Conference on October 6th.  If you would like to attend please follow the following steps: 

1. To request your place – please email bereavement@drugfam.co.uk requesting a place(s) and the names of those who wish to attend stating how you wish to pay either by cheque or on line 

2. To confirm your place(s) please: 

· Send a cheque payable to’ DrugFAM’ for £30 at Oakley Hall, 8 Castle Street, High Wycombe, HP13 6RF.(Please remember to write the name of the person attending on the reverse of the cheque) 

Once payment is received you will receive an email to confirm your place(s). The fee of £30 per head includes beverages throughout the day, lunch/dessert and afternoon tea/cakes. 

As in previous years the demand for places will be high, so if you would like to attend or you know someone else who may benefit from joining us, please do let them have all the details as soon as possible. There are 125 places available and we cannot exceed that amount due to Holiday Inn Conference Room regulations.
